The most popular attraction at the conference, it reflected the product’s claim that on Advate people with hemophilia could still enjoy active lives.

Created a new brand positioning for UMarketing LLC, a newly formed integrated marketing agency specializing in customer-centric strategies. Proposed the company’s new name, concepted all of its business-to-business collateral, co-designed the agency’s Web site, and wrote the site’s original copy content.

Created direct response packages for Sears Credit Card, SunTrust Bank, Capital One, and more. Turned a “down-and-dirty” cautionary statement insert for high-risk Sears credit card users into a customer service newsletter on how to use credit wisely. This one-time piece was so well received by Sears customers it became a quarterly enclosure in billing statements for years.
